Section 16 PENALTIES TO REMAIN IN DOLLARS
1. Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982
1.1. In section 19(1) in the penalty at the foot of the subsection-

   (a)  for "330 penalty units" substitute "$33 000";

   (b)  for "1650 penalty units" substitute "$165 000".
1.2. In sections 34(1) and 38J(1)-

   (a)  for "110 penalty units" substitute "$11 000";

   (b)  for "550 penalty units" substitute "$55 000".
1.3. In sections 39 and 59A, in the penalty at the foot of the section-

   (a)  for "330 penalty units" substitute "$33 000";
