Colleges Act 1958.
2. The land described in Part II of the Second Schedule to the Agricultural
Colleges Act 1958, excluding the land described in the Schedule to the
Agricultural Colleges Act 1964.
3. An area of 3.905 hectares, Parishes of Dookie and Currawa, County of Moira,
temporarily reserved for State Agricultural College (Dookie) by the Governor
in Council (Order in Council dated 11/9/1990, Government Gazette 19/9/1990
page 2836 and 3/10/1990 page 3008).
4. An area of 2.192 hectares, Parish of Glenormiston, County of Hampden,
temporarily reserved as a site for Agricultural College purposes by the
Governor in Council (Order in Council 19/7/1983, Government Gazette 27/7/1983
page 2336).
5. An area of 694 acres 26 perches, Parish of Glenormiston, County of Hampden,
temporarily reserved as a site for an Agricultural College by the Governor in
Council (Order in Council 19/1/1971, Government Gazette 27/1/1971 page 222).
6. An area of 28 acres 3 roods and 5 perches, City of Richmond, Parish of Jika
Jika, County of Bourke, permanently reserved for gardens by the Governor in
Council (Order in Council 17/8/1885, Government Gazette 24/7/1885 page 2058
and 21/8/1885 page 2401), less excisions authorised by Act No. 5593 and the
area proclaimed a road by Order in Council 6/11/1916 (Government Gazette
15/11/1916 page 4382).
7. Areas of 1 acre 1 rood and 3.6 perches and 4 acres 3 roods and 22 perches,
City of Richmond, Parish of Jika Jika, County of Bourke, temporarily reserved
for the purposes of Burnley School of Horticulture by the Governor in Council
(Order in Council 8/1/1952 Government Gazette 16/1/1952 page 145).
8. Part of Crown Section 15, Parish of Glenormiston, County of Hampden, being
Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision Number 121730 lodged in the Office of Titles.
