Regulations of the College

15. Regulations of the College



(1) The regulations of the College in force immediately before the appointed
day, to the extent to which they could be made as rules by the Company and are
not inconsistent with any rules so made, continue to have effect as if made as
rules of the Company.

(2) Regulations continued in force under subsection (1) may be amended or
revoked as if they were rules made by the Company.
