Definitions

3. Definitions



In this Act-

appointed day means the day on which Part 2 comes into operation;

award course means a course at Hawthorn which is approved as an award course
by the academic board of Melbourne constituted under section 28 of the
Melbourne University Act 1958;

Hawthorn Company means the Hawthorn Institute of Education Limited;

Hawthorn Institute means the Hawthorn Institute of Education;

Melbourne means the University of Melbourne. __________________
