11. Certain land used by the Hawthorn Institute to vest in the Hawthorn
Company



On the appointed day, the land described in Part 1 of the Schedule vests in
fee simple (together with any appurtenant rights) in the Hawthorn Company,
subject to the conditions, covenants, encumbrances, limitations, exceptions,
reservations and restrictions to which the land was subject immediately before
its vesting under this section.
