Transitional-members of Council

51. Transitional-members of Council

Section 6(1B) does not apply to a member of the Council appointed or elected
immediately before the commencement of section 33 of the Higher Education Acts
(Amendment) Act 2005 with respect to that appointment or election but does
apply to that member in relation to any further appointment or election to the
Council after that date. __________________
