Melbourne University Act 1958 - SECT 43

This Act to apply to both sexes

43. This Act to apply to both sexes



(1) The provisions of this Act shall extend to both sexes, and every person
who has fulfilled the conditions prescribed by the statutes and regulations of
the University for the time being for matriculation or for admission to any
degree diploma certificate or licence may be admitted to matriculate or to
such degree, or may receive such diploma certificate or licence as the case
may be.

(2) No person shall be required to be a member of any body or organization in
order to entitle him to be admitted as a student of the University or to
graduate thereat.
