33. Investigations at request of a Minister of the Crown

Where any responsible Minister of the Crown desires that an investigation be
made by members of the academic staff of the University, the investigation
shall be made upon such terms and conditions as (after consultation between
the Council and the chairman or other senior member of the academic staff of
the department or school concerned) are agreed between the Minister and the
Council; and a report of the result of the investigation shall be furnished to
the Minister.
