Indemnity of council members and others

16A. Indemnity of council members and others

The University shall indemnify and keep indemnified each member of the council
or of a committee constituted by resolution of the council or by or under a
statute or regulation against all actions suits claims and demands whatsoever
(whether arising during or after the term of office of that member) in respect
of any act or thing done or omitted to be done by that member in good faith in
the exercise or purported exercise of any power or duty conferred or imposed
upon the council or committee or upon any member or members thereof by or
under this Act.
