Existing proceedings

44. Existing proceedings



(1) Section 42(1A) applies with respect to disputes and other matters arising
before the commencement of section 29 of the University Acts (Amendment) Act
2003.

(2) If an inquiry by or authorised by the Visitor into a dispute or other
matter has been commenced or been completed before the commencement of section
29 of the University Acts (Amendment) Act 2003, the dispute or other matter is
to be dealt with and determined as if that Act had not been enacted.
