Custody and use of common seal

4. Custody and use of common seal



(1) The common seal of the University shall be kept in such custody as the
Council directs and shall not be used except by resolution of the Council or
in such other manner as may be authorized by the Statutes.





(2) All courts and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the
common seal of the University affixed to any document and until the contrary
is proved shall presume that it was duly affixed thereto.
