Ascertainment of opinion

38A. Ascertainment of opinion

The Council may if it thinks fit by Statute provide for the ascertainment by
the Council in such manner as it thinks fit of the opinion of all or of any
class or classes of the students or the members of the staff of the University
upon anything relating to the University and affecting the persons whose
opinion is to be ascertained.
