MAJOR TRANSPORT PROJECTS FACILITATION ACT 2009 - SECT 213

    A project authority, or a utility that has complied with section 212, may, at any time after the utility has complied with that section, give written notice to the other party of an intention to commence negotiations with the other party for the purpose of entering into a utility agreement with that party.
