Melbourne Sailors' Home (Repeal) Act 2006 - SECT 2 

Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act comes into operation on a day to be
proclaimed.

(2) If this Act does not come into operation before 1 July 2006, it comes into
operation on that day.
