Refusal to give name and address

89. Refusal to give name and address



(1) A person in an event venue or an event area to which this Part applies
must not fail or refuse to give his or her name and address to an authorised
officer when required to do so under section 88.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) A person in an event venue or an event area to which this Part applies
must not give a false or misleading name and address to an authorised officer
when required to give his or her name and address under section 88.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
