77. Offence to fail to comply with terms and conditions

A person to whom an authorisation under section 75 applies, or who belongs to
a class in respect of which an authorisation under section 75 applies, must
not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a term or condition of the relevant
authorisation. Penalty: 20 penalty units.
