What can an authorisation contain?

76. What can an authorisation contain?

An authorisation under section 75 is subject to any terms and conditions which
the venue manager or the event organiser of the event to which this Part
applies, as the case requires, believes are reasonable to impose, including
but not limited to-

   (a)  the duration of the authorisation;

   (b)  whether the authorisation applies generally or in specified
        circumstances;

   (c)  whether the authorisation applies to a specified person or persons or
        to a specified class or classes of person;

   (d)  whether the authorisation applies to a specified type of activity or
        to a specified class or classes of activity.
