Offence to possess unlit distress signal or fireworks
65. Offence to possess unlit distress signal or fireworks
A person in an event venue or an event area must not have in his or her
possession any unlit distress signal or unlit firework except with the
authorisation of the venue manager or event organiser. Penalty: 20 penalty
units.
