No entitlement to both damages and account of profits

50. No entitlement to both damages and account of profits

An authorised applicant is not entitled to bring proceedings for both damages
under section 48 and an account of profits under section 49 in respect of the
same contravention of section 37, 38, 43 or 44 (as the case requires).
