Part does not affect rights relating to use of business or company names

29. Part does not affect rights relating to use of business or company names

Nothing in this Part affects any rights conferred on any person prior to the
commencement of a major sporting event order in relation to an event to which
this Part applies in relation to-

   (a)  a name that is registered in relation to a business under the
        Business Names Act 1962 or a corresponding law of another State or
        Territory of the Commonwealth prior to that commencement; or

   (b)  a registered name of a company incorporated under the Corporations Act
        prior to that commencement.
