26. Failure to comply with major sporting events guidelines



(1) If an event organiser fails to comply with any major sporting events
guidelines applicable to the major sporting event for which the event
organiser is responsible, the Minister may recommend to the Governor in
Council the making of an order under subsection (2).

(2) On the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council may make an
order varying or revoking, in whole or in part, the major sporting event
order, or any other order under this Part, that applies to the relevant event.

(3) An order under subsection (2) must be published in the Government Gazette.
