Amendment and revocation of orders

24. Amendment and revocation of orders



(1) On the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council, by order
published in the Government Gazette, may amend or revoke an order made under
this Part.

(2) This Part applies to the amendment or revocation of an order made under
this Part in the same way as it does to the making of an order.
