No compensation payable

18. No compensation payable

On the making of a no compensation order in respect of a major sporting event,
this section applies and no compensation is payable in respect of any loss,
damage or injury, other than the death of, or personal injury or bodily injury
to, a person, resulting from or arising out of any act or omission done in
good faith by any person in the administration or purported administration of
this Act, a provision of this Act, or the regulations in relation to the
management, conduct or organisation of-

   (a)  the major sporting event to which a no compensation order applies; or

   (b)  any event, activity or program associated with the major sporting
        event to which a no compensation order applies.
