Omission from register of certain matters

11. Omission from register of certain matters

The omission from any register, certificate or other document relating to
marketable securities of a statement of the occupation of the person who is,
or is entitled to be, registered as the holder of the marketable securities
does not constitute a breach of any provision of any memorandum or articles or
of a trust deed or other instrument or enactment that relates to the
marketable securities.
