Land described in Schedule may be sold by auction

4. Land described in Schedule may be sold by auction

Subject to such covenants conditions exceptions and reservations as the
Governor in Council may direct the land described in the Schedule to this Act
may be sold in fee simple by public auction at such upset price as the
Governor in Council may direct.
