6. Accounts

On and from the commencement day, the new body must ensure that the accounts
of the former body for the period starting on 1 July 2008 and ending on 31
December 2008 are kept and examined in accordance with section 15 of the Baker
Medical Research Institute Act 1980 as in force immediately before its repeal.
