7B. Ministers may declare low impact exploration activity

The Minister and the Minister administering the
Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 may from time to time, by notice
published in the Government Gazette, jointly declare an exploration activity
to be low impact exploration for the purposes of this Act.
