Minister may declare meaning of graticular section

7A. Minister may declare meaning of graticular section



(1) The Minister may from time to time, by notice published in the Government
Gazette, declare the meaning of a graticular section for the purposes of this
Act.

(2) In making a declaration, the Minister may apply, adopt or incorporate
(with or without modification) any matter contained in any document as at the
time the declaration is made or at any time before then.
