MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 77TC
Giving of work plan or variation to approved work plan for statutory endorsementA licensee, a holder of an extractive industry work authority or a person who proposes to apply for an extractive industry work authority may, as the case requires, give to the Department Head, for statutory endorsement, a work plan or a variation to an approved work plan.
