MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 56
Who may grant a miner's right(1) The Department Head may grant a miner's right.
(2) The Department Head may authorise in writing—
(a) a person or body; or
(b) all people or bodies falling within a specified class—
to grant miner's rights.
