Combined conditions

35. Combined conditions



(1) The Minister may treat 2 or more licences of the same type held by the
same person as a single licence over the combined areas covered by the
licences for the purpose of determining whether conditions of any of those
licences about expenditure have been complied with.

(2) The Minister may do this-

   (a)  at the request of the licensee; or

   (b)  on the Minister's own initiative, after consultation with the
        licensee.

(3) It is not necessary that areas combined for the purposes of this section
adjoin each other.
