Commencement

3. Commencement



(1) Sections 1 to 125 and section 127 come into operation on a day to be
proclaimed.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act, other than section 126(2) and item
18 of Schedule 1, come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

(3) Section 126(2) must be taken to have come into operation on 1 November
1990.

(4) Item 18 of Schedule 1 must be taken to have come into operation on 1
December 1987.
