Application for renewal of licence

29. Application for renewal of licence



(1) A licensee may, before a licence expires, apply in accordance with the
regulations to the Minister for renewal of the licence.





(2) If an application for renewal of a licence is lodged before the licence
expires, the licence continues in operation until the application is granted
and registered or refused.
