Minister must publish notice

26AP. Minister must publish notice



(1) The Minister must cause a notice to be published in the Government
Gazette-

   (a)  stating that a licence under this Subdivision has been granted; and

   (b)  stating the reasons for granting the licence; and

   (c)  describing the area of land covered by the licence; and

   (d)  stating that the exemption relating to the area of land covered by the
        licence is revoked to the extent that it relates to that land.

(2) The Minister must also cause a notice setting out the reasons for granting
the licence to be published in a newspaper circulating generally throughout
the State.
