Application of Act to licence

26AI. Application of Act to licence



(1) On the granting of a licence under this Subdivision, this Act (except
Divisions 2 and 5 of this Part) applies to the licence as if it were granted
by the Minister under Division 2.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the following things may be done under
this Part in relation to the licence-

   (a)  the licence may be renewed, transferred, varied, surrendered,
        cancelled or amalgamated with another licence;





   (b)  a condition of the licence may be varied, suspended, revoked or added;

   (c)  the area of land covered by the licence may be excised, transferred or
        cancelled in part.
