MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 19
Withdrawal of application(1) An applicant for a licence may withdraw the application, either in whole or in part, by delivering a signed notice of withdrawal to the Minister.
(2) A withdrawal takes effect on the delivery of the notice to the principal office of the Department Head.
