Withdrawal of application

19. Withdrawal of application



(1) An applicant for a licence may withdraw the application, either in whole
or in part, by delivering a signed notice of withdrawal to the Minister.

(2) A withdrawal takes effect on the delivery of the notice to the principal
office of the Department Head.
