Notice of applications with priority

18. Notice of applications with priority

The Department Head must, within 14 days after an applicant for a licence is
notified under section 15(3)(b) or (4) that the application has priority, give
notice of the application to-

   (a)  any person or body nominated by the Minister administering the
        Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006; and

   (b)  any registered Aboriginal party (within the meaning of the
        Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006) for an area to which the application
        relates; and





   (c)  if the application is for a mining licence, the Executive Director
        (within the meaning of the Heritage Act 1995).
