Licence may be limited to stratum of land?

14A. Licence may be limited to stratum of land?

An exploration licence or a mining licence may be granted-

   (a)  for a stratum of land; or

   (b)  without being limited to a particular stratum-

and references in this Act to land must be construed accordingly.
