MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1990 - SECT 14A
Licence may be limited to stratum of landA licence may be granted—
(a) for a stratum of land; or
(b) without being limited to a particular stratum—
and references in this Act to land must be construed accordingly.
