Committee

7. Committee



(1) The business and affairs of the club shall be managed and controlled by a
committee to be elected in manner hereinafter appearing and such committee is
hereby authorized to exercise all powers and authorities conferred by this Act
on the club.

(2) Unless otherwise determined at a general meeting of the members of the
club the committee shall consist of ten members.

(3) Members of the committee shall be elected at the annual general meeting of
the club in accordance with the provisions of the rules: Provided always that
any casual vacancy may, if the committee thinks fit, be filled at an election
to be held at a special general meeting called by the committee for that
purpose.
