Amendment of Register

10. Amendment of Register



(1) The Registrar of Titles, on being requested to do so and on delivery of
any relevant certificate of title or instrument, must make any amendments in
the Register that are necessary because of the operation of this Part.

(2) The Registrar-General must make all entries on the records of enrolment of
any Crown grant and on any memorial relating to land that are necessary
because of the operation of this Part.
