Marcus Oldham College Act 1995 - SECT 1 

PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is-

   (a)  to provide for the transfer of certain trust property to
        Marcus Oldham College A.C.N. 071 444 409; and

   (b)  to cancel the trust created by the will of Marcus William Oldham,
        deceased.
