Melbourne Market and Park Lands Act 1933 - FOURTH SCHEDULE

Land granted to The Board of National Education for the Colony of Victoria for
purposes of the Act 15 Vict., No. 7 by Crown Grant bearing date the 9th
August, 1852, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria in
Register of Grants No. 1, pages 239 and 240. Two acres and twenty-three
perches, more or less (by a recent survey discovered to be two acres
twenty-six perches), city of Melbourne, parish of Melbourne North, county of
Bourke: Commencing at the intersection of the south side of Victoria-parade
and the west side of Evelyn-street; bounded thence by Evelyn-street bearing
south five chains; by Albert-street bearing west two chains ninety-eight
links; by Spring-street bearing N. 28° W. five chains sixty-five links; and
thence by Victoria-parade bearing east five chains sixty links to the point of
