Melbourne Market and Park Lands Act 1933 - SECT 7
No liability to attach to Crown
7. No liability to attach to Crown
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act no person or body of persons
shall be entitled to receive or shall receive from the Crown any money or
consideration or compensation in respect of or in any manner whatsoever
arising out of any act matter or thing under this Act.
