6. As to conditions of lease of land described in the Fourth Schedule

Without further or other authority than this Act, the Treasurer of Victoria
shall for all purposes be deemed to have fully and completely performed as on
the date of the commencement of this Act all covenants entered into by him
under the hereinbefore recited lease of the fourth day of July One thousand
nine hundred and thirty-three relating to the land described in the Fourth
Schedule.
