Trust entitled to be paid certain amounts

44. Trust entitled to be paid certain amounts

The Trust shall be entitled to be paid in each year such amounts as the
Treasurer recommends and as are appropriated by Parliament in respect of
one-half of the amount of the consideration payable by the Trust to the
Council under an agreement referred to in section 41 or 42.
