Proof

37. Proof

In any prosecution or other legal proceedings relating to the Melbourne
wholesale fruit and vegetable market no proof shall until evidence is given to
the contrary be required-

   (a)  of the fact that the market is established;

   (b)  of the title of the Authority to the market or to the market land; or

   (c)  of the situation of the market.
