Provisions of Schedule 1 incorporated

25. Provisions of Schedule 1 incorporated



(1) The provisions of Schedule 1 shall be deemed and taken to be and shall
have the same force and effect as if contained in this Act.

(2) The provisions of Part I of Schedule 1 shall apply with respect to
debentures issued under this Act.

(3) The provisions of Part II of Schedule 1 shall apply with respect to stock
issued under this Act.

(4) The Authority may demand take and receive for or in respect of the several
matters and things with respect to which fees are provided for under Part I or
under Part II of Schedule 1 the fees so provided for or in respect of any
other matters or things thereunder such reasonable fees as are specified in
that behalf in the regulations.
