Limit on borrowing by Authority

17. Limit on borrowing by Authority



(1) The Authority shall not borrow moneys if, as a result of the borrowing,
there would at any time be owed by the Authority amounts the total of which
exceeds the amount for the time being fixed by the Minister with the
Treasurer's approval.

(2) A reference in subsection (1) to amounts owed by the Authority includes a
reference to amounts owed in respect of debts and liabilities transferred to
the Authority under an agreement under Part V.
