Authority may make certain grants

15. Authority may make certain grants

The Authority may make grants of money, subject to such terms and conditions
as it determines, to persons for purposes that, in the opinion of the
Authority, will promote the sale of fruit, vegetables or cut flowers at the
Melbourne wholesale fruit and vegetable market.
