Financial matters
14. Financial matters
(1) The Authority may open and maintain an account or accounts with an
authorised deposit-taking institution or institutions within the meaning of
the Banking Act 1959 of the Commonwealth and shall maintain at all times at
least one such account.
(2) The Authority shall pay all moneys of the Authority into an account
referred to in subsection (1).
(3) Subject to subsection (4) the moneys held by the Authority shall be
applied only in payment or discharge of the costs and expenditure of the
Authority under this Act.
(4) The Authority may invest moneys of the Authority in such manner as the
Treasurer from time to time approves.
